This may include your name, email, phone number, business or brand name, social links, website links, project details, budget range, timeline, references, uploaded files, approval notes, and payment-related project status.
2. How We Use Information
We use submitted information to review requests, recommend scope, communicate with clients, prepare proposals or invoices, deliver creative work, manage project approvals, support the client portal, improve the site, and maintain basic business records. Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe or another approved processor; OTP does not store full credit card details on its servers. OTP does not sell personal information.

The site may use basic analytics, speed insights, logs, cookies, or local storage for site health, performance, theme behavior, form reliability, session behavior, and abuse prevention. We avoid using these tools to publish private client information.
5. Client Portal and Project Files
Private client portal links use invite-based access. Clients should not share portal links publicly. OTP limits portal views to client-safe project status, documents, payment steps, and approvals. Internal notes, service-role keys, database internals, stack traces, and private admin fields are not intended for public or client exposure.
6. Retention and Security
We retain project and contact information as long as needed for service delivery, records, legal obligations, dispute handling, and legitimate business operations. We use reasonable security practices, but no website, database, email system, file transfer, or third-party platform can be guaranteed perfectly secure.
