1. Services
Only True Perspective (OTP) provides creative direction, cinematic production, brand architecture, and technical visual deployment. Specific deliverables are outlined in each project tier or custom quote provided during onboarding.
2. Payments & Commitments
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By initiating a project via our formal scoping and invoicing process, you agree to the confirmed service amount. For retainers or custom builds, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to schedule production resources. Final high-resolution assets are released only after receipt of final payment.
3. Turnaround & Performance
Standard turnaround for creative assets is 3-5 business days. "Signal" tier edits prioritize 24-72h windows. All timelines depend on client response times and file transfer stability.
4. Content Ownership
Upon final payment, full commercial usage rights for the delivered files are transferred to the client. Only True Perspective retains the right to display project assets in our public portfolio for promotional use unless an NDA has been formally executed.
5. Revisions Policy
We work to sync visions on the first pass. All tiers include at least one set of refinements. Substantial changes outside the original project brief will be quoted as high-priority add-ons.
