Terms of Service
Effective Date: April 08, 2026
1. Services and Scope
OnlyTruePerspective (OTP) provides creative direction, cinematic media, editing, brand systems, websites, content systems, client-facing workflows, and related implementation services. Each project is scoped through OTP Bookings, written messages, proposal documents, invoices, or another approved quote. Public package copy is guidance; the confirmed scope is the written project agreement or accepted quote.
2. Booking, Quotes, and Payments
Most public booking requests are quote-first. OTP may recommend a package, request more details, or send a custom quote before work begins. Payments are handled through Stripe or another approved payment method. OTP does not require a public booking form submission to become a paid project until scope and payment terms are confirmed.
Deposits, rush fees, retainers, and production holds may be non-refundable once time, scheduling, research, editing, design, or production resources are reserved. Final files, launch access, source exports, or high-resolution deliverables may be held until the remaining balance is paid.
3. Timeline and Client Responsibilities
Turnaround estimates are not guaranteed if the client delays feedback, approvals, files, references, credentials, access, payments, or required information. Clients are responsible for providing accurate project details, usable source files, brand materials, account access when needed, and timely approvals.
4. Revisions and Change Requests
Project revisions are limited to the revision allowance in the accepted quote or project agreement. Revisions must stay within the approved scope. New concepts, major direction changes, new deliverables, emergency turnaround, or work caused by missing/incorrect client information may require a new quote or add-on approval.
5. Ownership, Portfolio, and Privacy
After final payment, clients receive the agreed usage rights for final delivered assets. OTP may retain working files, templates, methods, systems, internal tools, reusable code, and process knowledge unless the project agreement says otherwise. OTP may display completed work, public-facing results, and non-confidential project excerpts in its portfolio, archive, case studies, or social channels unless an NDA, written privacy agreement, or written restriction is approved before publication.
6. Cancellations, Abandoned Projects, and Refunds
If a client cancels, stops responding, withholds required materials, or delays approvals for an extended period, OTP may pause or close the project. Paid work already performed, scheduled, researched, edited, designed, produced, or reserved may not be refundable. Refund requests are reviewed against the confirmed scope, payment history, work completed, and scheduling commitments.
7. Third-Party Tools and Platforms
OTP projects may involve third-party services such as Stripe, hosting providers, domain registrars, social platforms, Google tools, Supabase, Vercel, email providers, analytics tools, creative software, AI providers, or client-owned accounts. OTP is not responsible for outages, policy changes, account restrictions, platform pricing, or third-party service decisions outside OTP control.
8. Limitation of Liability
OTP provides professional creative and technical services, but no public page or project recommendation guarantees revenue, engagement, follower growth, search ranking, platform approval, or business outcome. To the fullest extent allowed by law, OTP is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or services.
9. Governing Law
These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Rhode Island, United States, unless a written agreement states otherwise.
10. Contact and Review
